Postage and packaging cost applied to each UK order is £8

Worldwide delivery is available to most countries, it costs between £15 and £25…use the calculator in the checkout to see what shipping to your country will cost.

If an item is available and Hallmarked, I will make every effort to send it next working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please check the delivery estimate on each item you wish to buy; this is updated frequently as pieces are often made to order. If your shop purchase has to be hallmarked or made to order, then delivery may take longer… again, check the delivery estimate on each item; if delivery is going to take longer than stated, I will inform you via email immediately with a current delivery estimate. A delivery estimate for a custom made piece will be agreed upon at the time of purchase. Either way your hand crafted jewellery will arrive at your address securely packaged and in a beautiful presentation box!

RETURNS

Our Returns Policy

Your complete satisfaction with my jewellery is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within fourteen days of when they were shipped, once a return has been authorised you will only pay for return shipping and insurance.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment if possible and contact me immediately by email or using the contact form. Be sure to include your order number.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all tags, accessories and presentation boxes. Please be aware that the hand crafted nature of my jewellery, and the individuality of the precious stones I use, may prohibit the possibility of an identical replacement for your purchase.

To return your purchase.

I recommend that you securely package your items in the original packing materials; Insure your package, Edgy Metal will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged returned shipments.

PayPal and Stripe orders may be returned for credit back to your account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

HALLMARK

I want you to trust my work. Be assured that all Edgy Metal Jewellery pieces are hallmarked in accordance with UK law.
