Finding your size is easy. Download our Ring Size Guide. For my bold designs, consider sizing up slightly if between sizes for a comfortable fit. I offer one re-size if it doesn’t fit. If it’s still not right, it’s £40 excluding postage to change the size again.
All pieces are in stock and available unless the product page states otherwise. For example, the piece needs to be made to order, or they require input from you such as ashes. Sign up for email alerts on product pages for updates on availability.
All non-customised pieces ordered before 2pm will be delivered next-day (UK delivery. Excluding weekends and holidays). For international shipping, please use the calculator in the checkout process. Tracking is provided for all orders.
I use Sterling silver and gold, sourced sustainably with no nickel or allergens. If you have sensitivities, let me know—I’ll confirm the piece is safe for you before dispatch.
Clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth—gentle handling preserves the finish. Avoid harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners, especially on engraved pieces. Contact me with issues; I’ll advise based on your design.
If your order arrives faulty, email me within 48 hours with photos. I’ll provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or refund. Shipping costs for defects are covered by me.
Undamaged, non-engraved pieces can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, minus shipping. Pre-order cancellations are free before production starts. Engraved items are final sale. Return in original packaging.
Pre-orders can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued up until your order is posted. A tracking link will be emailed once shipped.
For rings, I’ll resize once free within 30 days of receipt (you cover return shipping). After that, resizing is £40. Most chains are designed to be adjustable — check listings for 16-26 inch options. Extra chains are available separately.
Select the engraving option at checkout, enter your text (e.g., initials, dates), and I’ll send a preview. Once approved, it’s etched in-house before shipping. Adds 1-2 days to delivery timelines.
