If an item is available and ordered before 2pm, I will make every effort to send it next working day. 

Delivery outside the UK is available to most countries, use the calculator in the checkout to see what shipping to your country will cost.

Please check if there is a delivery estimate on the item(s) you wish to purchase; this is updated frequently as pieces are often made to order.

If your shop purchase has to be hallmarked or made to order, then delivery may take longer… again, check the delivery estimate on each item; if delivery is going to take longer than stated, I will inform you via email immediately with a current delivery estimate.

A delivery estimate for a custom made piece will be agreed upon at the time of purchase.
