Your complete satisfaction with my jewellery is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within fourteen days of when they were shipped, once a return has been authorised you will only pay for return shipping and insurance.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment if possible and contact me immediately by email or using the contact form. Be sure to include your order number.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all tags, accessories and presentation boxes. Please be aware that the hand crafted nature of my jewellery, and the individuality of the precious stones I use, may prohibit the possibility of an identical replacement for your purchase.
