This chunky Sterling silver canyon ring was inspired by the fractured surface of Mars at the Valles Marineris and features curved edges that mimic the horizon of the planet itself. Smooth yet textured, complete yet fractured, simple yet dramatic – because we all have our different moods and styles.
Choose the width and size that best suits your fingers, and your canyon ring can be polished or satin-finished.
The standard width is 10mm. For comparison the two engraved wedding rings in the photographs are 6mm and 8mm wide with a satin finish and the two rings stacked one on top of the other are both 6mm wide, one is satin finished, the other polished. No words I could write here could ever do them true justice. We contacted Pete as we were interested in buying a pair of the Canyon Rings for our wedding bands. After discussing options with Pete about creating a female smaller version of it for myself and a matching one for my husband he spent so much time carefully going over the details, adjusting the dimensions and ring sizes to fit both me and my partner. He went above and beyond the typical service I usually experience from a business. He created a pair of custom rings, based on this design but completely bespoke and unique just for us. He added in our initials within the canyon detailing and created some of the most perfect and beautiful rings I could ever have wished for. I spent 3 years looking for the perfect rings for me and my partner. We have quite an alternative taste and style and the day I found Petes work I honestly fell in love. Everything I had ever wanted from a jewellery designer I found in Pete. His individual approach, the care to details, the clear passion and love he has for his work is all so clear with the final product. We are so proud to wear this unique piece of art on our fingers every day and I cannot wait to purchase more of his collection.
